01. STRESS & BURNOUT

​

Stress can manifest in many forms and affect significantly your well being. You might feel tense, tired and with a negative mindset regarding your present and future life. You might also feel emotionally overwelmed which will diminish considerably your productivity and capacity to enjoy activities or being around other people. Being imersed in this state for long time will eventionally lead you to a state of depletion - Burnout.

02. PREVENTION & RECOVERY

 

During your stay you will have time to relax and recover. You will learn and integrate mindfulness practices which offer the ground to provide insight. As the patterns that led you up to here are unvailed you will be able to understand and to transform them growth opportunities rather then defeats.

​S1. Intro to Mindfulness
We explore the concept of Mindfulness, what it consists of and how it is practiced. We will have an informal practice and a formal meditation practice every session.

S2. Beliefs & Perception of Reality

Our perception of reality profoundly influences how we see and interact with our surroundings.In this session we you will discover which beliefs associated with anger are most present in your life, understand  how they influence your day-to-day experience, and be able to deconstruct them.
